AWP 2025: Los Angeles

We’re looking forward to the 2025 AWP Conference & Bookfair in Los Angeles, CA from March 26-29. Perugia Press will be at Table #510 at the Bookfair with author book signings Thursday – Saturday (see below for specific times) by six of our poets and a board member. We’ll have signed bookplates on hand for anyone who purchases our latest book, Joan Kwon Glass’s Daughter of Three Gone Kingdoms, and we’ll be offering a special AWP presale on our just-chosen 2025 title, Apostasies, by Holli Carrell. We’re also part of an offsite event Thursday night, and a few of our poets are participating in juried panels selected for presentation at the conference. Come close out Women’s History Month with a bang with us in L.A.!

This year we’re part of an offsite event featuring organizations that uplift the voices of women and gender-expansive folks. Our collaborators are SWWIM (Supporting Women Writers in Miami), MER (Mom Egg Review), Whale Road Review, and Cultivating Voices Live Poetry. Five Perugia poets and a board member are reading to represent Perugia Press.
